The main purpose of this role is to manage the Sgiliaith A level provision, translation and Work Welsh teams, the Sgiliaith National Training and Mentoring scheme and the Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol funded projects so that they run effectively & efficiently in line with the Grŵp’s strategic and operational plans. In addition, the role will develop and realise our equality and inclusion priorities for 2023.
Prif bwrpas y swydd hon yw rheoli darpariaeth Lefel A Sgiliaith, y timau Cyfieithu a Chymraeg Gwaith, cynllun Hyfforddiant a Mentora cenedlaethol Sgiliaith a phrosiectau a ariennir gan y Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol, gan sicrhau eu bod yn rhedeg yn effeithiol ac yn effeithlon yn unol â chynlluniau strategol a gweithredol y Grŵp. Yn ogystal â hyn, bydd y rôl yn datblygu ac yn gwireddu ein blaenoriaethau ym maes cydraddoldeb a chynhwysiant ar gyfer 2023.
