Job Purpose: As Vice Principal, you will lead on the strategic direction of all Bridgend College Work Based Learning (WBL) contracts, Work Based Training and Commercial activity and continue its growth.
You will provide inspirational leadership and support the Senior Leadership Team in achieving a positive culture throughout the College which places learners at the heart of the organisation.
