Job description
I am currently looking for a Women's refuge Support Worker to join one of our clients services based in East London. The Women's refuge Support Worker role is on a rota Monday - Sunday. The shift pattern is 10.00am - 6.00pm and 2.00pm - 10.00pm. The occasional sleep in is also required which is 11.00pm - 11.00am.
Responsibilities for the Women's refuge Support Worker role:
- Completing and reviewing Support plans for the service users
- Reviewing risk assessments including risk-taking interventions
- Completing monthly key worker reports around progress and the goals of the service users
- Supporting service users to maintain their independence and wellbeing
For this Women's refuge position you will need an Enhanced DBS within a year or one that is on the update service.
