Providing a listening ear to residents, service users and members of the public, reporting concerns or repair issues as appropriate.

Based in the South Ealing area with a salary of £14,826.24 per anum for 32 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a high standard of service to the site and maintain cleanliness in all areas, canteen, offices, toilets.
• Ensure all common areas are professionally cleaned, well presented and maintained.
• Daily tasks will include cleaning, sanitising, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying bins and vacuuming of communal areas, toilets, offices and canteen.
• If required, disposal of rubbish in the designated rubbish collection area.
• Ensure that all health and safety risks are identified and report any accidents, trips, spills, hazards or near misses as per the site procedures.
