Job Purpose

  • To provide housing management and housing related support to a caseload of residents

  • To be responsible for ensuring that the Inform is maintained accurately times for all residents with whom you have contact

  • Maximise resident's uptake in Progression opportunities by working alongside the Progression Coaches
  • Maximising housing occupancy and minimising voids by taking proactive action
  • Ensure that residents comply with Tenancy and License conditions, and taking action to deal with any anti-social behaviour as instructed by the Housing and Support Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

Housing Management

  • Be responsible for the intake of residents, undertaking all required paperwork and ensuring that the licence agreement and all relevant policies and procedures fully and clearly explained
  • To be responsible for the monitoring of all rent accounts ensuring that both personal and housing benefit elements are paid regularly - taking early intervention and prevention action to minimise rent arrears, only taking enforcement action when necessary
  • Maximise housing occupancy and minimising voids by taking proactive action, including void inspections, and facilitating referrals, interviews and assessments
  • Proactively investigate and address all cases of anti-social behaviour

Job Purpose

HR Operations Manager, 12 month FTC - Leading International Charity - London with hybrid working

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Operations Manager to join a leading international charity.

Reporting into the Head of HR you will be responsible for developing and improving HR processes and systems. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Reviewing current HR processes and developing effective automated solutions
  • Developing and managing the HR team
  • Ensuring the HR systems are fit for purpose and in line with business needs
  • Working alongside the People and Culture team to create and implement system workflows
  • Improving the quality of their people data and the development of their people reporting/analytics
  • Working closely with the HRIS system providers (Sage and Reach)
  • Helping to shape HR policies and organisational change initiatives.


You should be an experienced HR Operations Managers with a track record of developing and improving HR processes and systems. Experience of developing reports and dashboards needs to be combined with an analytical mindset and a good knowledge of HR best practice. Ideally you will have experience of working in a not for profit environment.

Interim Transformation Internal Communications Specialist

Morgan hunt is working with a gold standard environmental reporting not - for - profit charity; to recruit an Interim Transformation Internal communication Specialist. The perfect candidate will already be in an existing Internal and change communication role and will help develop and deliver effective internal communications to this global organisation. This hybrid 6 - 9 month contract role office is based in central London and salary is £50,000.

Key Responsibilities of the new Interim Transformation Internal Communications Specialist:

  • Delivery of an internal engagement and content strategy, using a variety of change management skills (including stakeholder management, user journeys, channel analysis and communications planning.) to support the needs of the program via appropriate channels.
  • Creation of tactical and strategic internal communication content, which provides a clear understanding of the link between the delivery of the organisational strategy and the role of the change program.
  • Development of individual stakeholder/ audience engagement plans as required, aligned to the overall Transformation program, identifying risks to the delivery and adoption of the planned changes, to create practical mitigation strategies.
  • Continually evolve engaging messaging to socialise the reasons and benefits of change, drive ongoing involvement and continued training requirements, as needed.
  • Supporting the Chief Transformation Officer and working alongside the Global Associate Director of Internal Communications to deliver a joined-up approach across the Global organization.

Previous Skills and Experience of the new Interim Transformation Internal Communications Specialist:

  • Experienced of both internal communications and change management delivery, having led on major projects within a complex organisation, in either in a commercial or not for profit environment.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information, influencing and operating at a senior level with a proactive approach to stakeholder relationship management.
  • You will have experience of collaborating with multiple delivery teams, be able to deal well with ambiguity, good attention to detail and used to working with leaders to effectively articulate messages that may be sensitive, unclear or still evolving.
  • You would have previously worked across a large stakeholder group, in a complex environment, focusing on internal communications and change programmes.
  • You are a strong relationship builder , structured in approach, with excellent planning and project management skills and able to deliver with minimal manager supervision. You will be comfortable taking ownership of projects end-to-end.

Reporting in to the Assistant Director of People you will be responsible for developing and delivering their Volunteering strategy. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Working with the People Partnering team to ensure consistent high quality volunteering support for all directorates

Main Duties:

As a Receptionist Administrator will be responsible for the below:

  • Welcoming visitors and members, providing site access and managing 2-3 telephone lines
  • Booking meetings, setting up meetings rooms and resolving customer or client queries
