You will be required to prepare an extension of time claims where applicable, contra charges, payment notifications, notification of delays, tender cost analysis, day works, forecasting, valuations, final accounts negotiating, and measuring. ï‚· Ensure consistency of data standards for data are applied and supports the implementation of new or changed data standards or reporting requirements.

ï‚· To be the CSU expert on data standards and definitions using specialist knowledge of the service and guidance provided by the central Business Intelligence Team.

ï‚· Provides necessary information as and when required to the Central Informatics Team to meet Trust wide reporting and statutory requirements.

ï‚· Undertake an annual review and audit of procedures and analysis relating to routine reports and the quality of information therein for the CSU.

ï‚· Understand and interpret ad-hoc requests and respond appropriately and ensure routine and ad-hoc requests are checked prior being sent to recipient.

ï‚· To keep abreast of reporting developments and the business strategy of the 5 LS

service lines and the wider Trust.

Carpenter - Fire Door Installations

£21 - £23 per hour

Morgan Hunt are heavily recruiting for experienced Carpenters capable of Fire Door Installations across the West Midlands - specifically FD30s and FD60s - within social housing.

This role is 12 weeks temporary which will then lead to a permanent role with the company with price work available.

The starting rate is £21 per hour, increasing to £22 after 4 weeks then £23 after 6 weeks.
Career progression is available.

Driving licence is essential.
Own vehicle is ideal however a company van can be provided with a reduced salary to cover costs of the vehicle, insurance and fuel costs.
