  • Building strong working relationships with finance colleagues, fee earners and external banking contacts to provide expert support on cashiering and regulatory matters.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the business.
  • A solid understanding of compliance requirements, cyber security and fraud prevention.
  • Experience working with legal finance systems and banking platforms.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence analysing financial information.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • A proactive approach with a genuine passion for improving processes and developing people.

What's on Offer

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking organisation where you'll play a key role in shaping the cashiering function. You'll have the chance to lead an experienced team, contribute to operational improvements and work closely with senior finance stakeholders in a supportive environment that values professional development.

The role offers a hybrid working model, with employees spending the majority of their working week in the office to encourage collaboration and team engagement.
