Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service Assistant to join our client's team. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with visitors, assist with day-to-day operations, and support a wide range of customer service functions. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all individuals entering the building are greeted warmly and have their inquiries addressed efficiently.




Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors as they arrive at the building, providing information about services and facilities, and directing inquiries to relevant staff members.
• Monitor building access by ensuring only authorized individuals enter and exit. Sign-in and sign-out contractors and visitors.
• Operate IT systems such as Pyramid, Gladstone, Inform, and parking control systems, ensuring accurate data handling and effective system management.
• Manage the telephone switchboard for the site, ensuring all incoming calls are answered and directed appropriately.
• Assist with additional customer service-related tasks and duties as required.
