About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction, Building services or Engineering Curriculum Manager to join a well-established Further Education College in Essex. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to lead and shape the Construction, Building services or Engineering curriculum.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-quality teaching in a further education setting or similar, and have expertise in curriculum development, quality assurance, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the construction curriculum within the college, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
Mentor and support staff to enhance teaching quality and student outcomes.
Oversee curriculum development, delivery, and assessment processes to ensure consistency and continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to quality assurance procedures and standards.
Work closely with industry partners to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and up-to-date.
About You:
Proven experience delivering high-quality teaching in FE or a similar educational setting.
Strong experience in curriculum development, quality assurance, and team leadership.
Ability to inspire and support both students and staff.
Passion for education and the development of the next generation of construction professionals.
