  The Role:
  
  As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will drive new business acquisition, nurture existing relationships, and source high-calibre freelance candidates for critical roles.
  
  This is a sales-focused career path rather than an HR/Talent Acquisition role.
  
  Responsibilities Include:
  * Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
  * Building and maintaining client relationships via phone, video, and email
  * Networking and attending industry-specific events
  * Meeting activity-based and sales targets on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis
  
  What We're Looking For:
  * Recent graduate or graduate-calibre candidate with relevant sales experience OR someone who has strong sales experience, and willing to learn.
  * A growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and feedback
  * Proven persistence, consistency, and resilience
  * Target-driven with strong attention to detail
  * Naturally inquisitive with an entrepreneurial spirit
