Pentagon Talent are partnering with a leading international law firm, based in London, to assist them in finding a commercially astute Senior Pricing Analyst. This is a newly created, permanent position within the firm's high-performing finance team, reporting directly into the Head of Commercial Finance & Pricing.
This role offers a rare opportunity to influence pricing strategy at a senior level, working closely with partners, business development, and key stakeholders to drive profitability and support growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead pricing support for client proposals, RFPs, and negotiations
Design and implement commercially viable fee arrangements
Benchmark pricing and analyse profitability across client groups
Collaborate with senior leadership on pricing strategy and innovation
Prepare commercial performance reporting and insights for decision-making
Deliver pricing and commercial awareness training to fee earners and partners
Candidate Profile:
At least 5 years' pricing experience in a law firm or professional services environment
Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities
Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders
Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau (desirable)
Package:
Salary up to £80,000
Hybrid working - 3 days per week in the London office
