
IT Service Desk Analyst
Senior Service Desk Analyst Role
Location: London based - 5 Days Per week on site
Salary: £300/£325 Per Day
Contract: 6 months, possibility of extension
We're looking for a Senior Service Desk Analyst to join our Digital Services team. This is a key role where you'll support our colleagues by providing high-quality, senior-level first and second-line IT support - especially in our London office. You'll manage and respond to technical issues via phone, email, and our ticketing system, and serve as a point of escalation and guidance for junior team members.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver top-tier customer support, resolving hardware, software, and systems issues (Windows, Microsoft 365, AV, Unified Comms, Active Directory)
- Act as the go-to Digital Services support lead in the London office, ensuring on-site operations run smoothly
- Log, track and resolve incidents and requests, ensuring SLA compliance and clear documentation
- Support internal digital infrastructure projects and help identify process improvements
- Maintain and update knowledge bases, training resources, and procedural documentation
- Contribute to service monitoring and performance reporting
What We're Looking For: Essential:
- Proven experience in Active Directory, Exchange, Windows 10, Office 2016, and Microsoft 365 support
- Strong background in 1st and 2nd line IT support
- Effective at managing personal ticket queues and troubleshooting under pressure
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and learning new technologies
- Comfortable working within a hybrid model and part of a rota covering 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday
Desirable:
- Familiarity with Azure technologies
- Experience supporting SharePoint 2013 and O365 apps
