Quality Assurance Officer

Are you Quality Assurance officer looking to work in Southwark, South East London?

Morgan Hunt's Public Sector and Government client based in Tower Hamlets, East London, is looking to recruit someone who has experience in quality assurance within a complaints handling or customer resolution function ideally based in the housing sector.

You will be responsible to support the complaints & quality assurance manager in the delivery of a high quality complaints service to drive service improvements.

This assignment has been deemed inside of IR35.

Ideal candidate should must have the ability:
- To gather evidence and analyse information to determine the validity of complaints, member's enquiries and responses, and identify areas for service improvement.
- To ensure investigations are carried out within the councils framework and polices and also in complaint with relevant legislation and statutory requirements such statutory obligations under the Housing and Local Government Ombudsman Handling Code, Social Housing (Regulation) Bill and other statutory bodies.
- To monitor and report on effectiveness of implemented service improvements, tracking key performance indicators and produce management reports for the Complaints & Quality Assurance Manager and other Senior Managers.
- To carry out casework audits within the Councils framework, policies and procedures and relevant legislation, including regulatory requirements under Housing and Local Government Ombudsman Complaints Handling Code and Social Housing Regulation Bill.
- To undertake any other duties commensurate with the level and grade of the post.
