You will play a crucial role in providing housing solutions for vulnerable individuals, ensuring they access safe, affordable accommodation while also supporting them to maintain their tenancy.
This assignment has been deemed inside of IR35.
Ideal candidate should must have the ability:
- To facilitate the letting of properties within the supported housing portfolio, ensuring all tenancies are managed professionally, legally, and ethically.
- To assist tenants to transition into their new homes by providing initial guidance and on-going support, including regular check-ins to ensure their tenancy is sustained.
- To act as a key point of contact for tenants and landlords, resolving any issues or queries they may have in a professional and efficient manner.
- To ensure that all lettings and tenancy management practices are compliant with housing legislation, tenancy agreements, and company policies.
