A fantastic opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and skilled Business Lecturer to join our academic team in Oxford. This temporary role offers both part-time and full-time positions, delivering engaging and career-focused content to learners studying Business up to BTEC Level 3.

You will collaborate with a supportive and experienced team to plan and deliver high-quality theory and practical sessions that equip students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed in business environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Business Level 2 and Level 3 programmes
• Develop lesson plans and learning materials that reflect current industry standards
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Support students' academic and personal development
• Contribute to curriculum development and review processes
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
• Participate in course team meetings, staff development, and internal quality processes
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student achievement

Candidate Profile

• Educated to degree level in a business-related discipline
• Experienced in the business sector with current industry knowledge
• Effective communicators with strong interpersonal and organisational skills
• Passionate about teaching and supporting learner success

Desirable but not essential:

• Teaching qualification and/or previous experience in an education setting
• Willingness to train and engage in continued professional development
