🔧 Key Duties of a Computing Lecturer:

• Deliver engaging lessons in Computing and IT across a range of levels (Level 2-5)
• Develop course materials, schemes of work and lesson plans
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance processes
• Guide learners both academically and personally to help them achieve their goals

✅ Requirements:

• Recognised UK teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent)
• Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (mandatory)
• Subject-specialist knowledge in Computing, IT or related disciplines
• Experience teaching in a Further Education and Training or similar setting as a Computing Lecturer
• A learner-centred approach and dedication to teaching
