In this varied and rewarding role, you'll be the first point of contact for residents and visitors - providing friendly, helpful support, responding to queries, handling reception duties, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our community through regular checks and emergency response responsibilities.

You'll be part of a committed team delivering high-quality housing and support services to vulnerable individuals, helping to create a positive, inclusive space where people can thrive.

Key responsibilities:

• Front desk and administrative support

• Resident engagement and wellbeing checks

• Health & safety duties (First Aider & Fire Marshal)

• Handling repairs, payments, and post

• Compassionate, reliable, and proactive approach

• Ability to remain calm and responsive in emergencies
