Interim Scheme Manager - Mental Health Supported Living
6-8 Weeks Initially | Competitive Pro Rata Salary | Immediate Start | Mileage Paid
We are currently seeking an experienced interim manager to step into a key leadership role within one of our supported living services for adults with enduring mental health needs. This is to provide short-term cover for a management absence, with potential for extension.
Based across two established schemes, this role requires someone with the confidence and capability to take charge quickly, ensure smooth operations, and be a visible and supportive presence to both staff and residents.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain safe day-to-day operations across the schemes
- Lead on risk management, casework, and safeguarding oversight
- Support staff through line management and supervision
- Ensure housing management and compliance functions are delivered
- May oversee additional services depending on business needs
About You:
- Background in mental health supported accommodation
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and risk management
- Proven experience in staff leadership/line management
- Car driver with business insurance (mileage between schemes reimbursed)
