Job Title: Head of Marketing
Location: Southgate, North London (with travel across College sites)
Contract: Permanent, full-time | 36 hours per week
Salary: PO5 Scale

We're excited to be recruiting on behalf of Barnet and Southgate College, a leading Further Education and Training institution in North London, for a passionate and experienced Head of Marketing.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior marketing professional to play a strategic role in heading-up a high-performing marketing team, delivering integrated campaigns and driving student recruitment for one of London's most diverse and inspiring colleges.

The Role:
As Head of Marketing, you will:

• Manage and develop a multi-skilled marketing team
• Oversee the planning and delivery of digital and traditional marketing campaigns
• Lead on SEO, website strategy, digital advertising, CRM and social media
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing aligns with College goals
• Use insight and analytics to continuously improve performance and return on investment
• Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across all campaigns and platforms
• Support the delivery of student recruitment targets through innovative marketing

What we're looking for in a Head of Marketing:

• Proven experience in a Head of Marketing or senior marketing management role
• Experience managing teams and complex campaigns
• A data-driven, strategic thinker with hands-on digital marketing expertise
• Experience within the higher or further education and training sector is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems, CMS platforms and digital advertising tools
