Managing Information:
To maintain expert knowledge of national, regional and local developments in Further and Higher Education particularly as they affect information services. To support the provision of accurate, user-friendly and timely management information to internal and external audiences.
To maintain expert knowledge on information systems and technical developments.To develop through consultation with the team, the service's agreements, performance indicators and operating plan.
To evaluate the service provided through performance indicators, in particular to produce an annual Self-Assessment Report.
To be aware of all major issues affecting the Management Information Services team and disseminate to the team accordingly.
To produce regular, accurate and understandable performance indicators for SMT and Board on learner information and funding from an historical, current, projected and planned perspective.
