Diversity & Inclusion

Our Commitment to D&I

We’re proud of our people and the diverse workforce we’ve built at Morgan Hunt. Our goal is to deliver excellent service to individuals, businesses, and communities—and having a mix of backgrounds and experiences helps us do just that.

Diversity and inclusion are central to how we work. By welcoming people from all walks of life, roles, and areas of expertise, we continue to grow, support our team, and deliver great results for our clients and candidates.

Our Strategy

Encouraging diversity

We promote our Equal Opportunities & Diversity Policy to all staff through our intranet and day-to-day conversations. We also champion diversity in the work we do with clients and partnered charities, making sure we’re placing the right people in the right roles — based on talent, not background.

Building understanding

All new starters receive training on what diversity and equal opportunities mean at Morgan Hunt, with regular refreshers for the whole team. This helps everyone understand how inclusion shapes our culture and how we treat each other, every day.

Fair recruitment

Our recruitment process is based on skills and potential. We use structured interviews and external tools to help keep things fair and focused on what really matters — people’s ability, experience and fit for the role.

Tracking progress

We take part in the EQuality Assured Programme to review and improve how we support equality across the business. It helps us keep learning, stay accountable, and find better ways to embed D&I into everything we do.

Reasonable Adjustments for All

We understand that everyone's needs are unique, and we're dedicated to ensuring that all our staff members can perform at their best. That's why we offer reasonable adjustments tailored to individual requirements. Here are just a few examples of the support we provide:

Flexible working

We understand that everyone’s schedule and personal needs are different. That’s why we offer flexible working arrangements—including remote work, hybrid set-ups, and adjusted hours—so our team can work in a way that suits them best. It’s about helping people find balance and do their best work, wherever they are.

Assistive Technology & Tools

To make our workplace more accessible, we provide assistive technology and specialised equipment for colleagues with visual, hearing, or motor impairments. From screen readers and voice recognition software to adapted keyboards and tools, we aim to remove barriers and ensure everyone can work confidently and comfortably.

Accessible & Comfortable Workspaces

We’re happy to adjust workspace layouts or provide ergonomic furniture based on individual needs. Whether it’s a quieter area, a sit-stand desk, or a specially adapted chair, we want everyone to feel comfortable, supported and set up for success.

Time Adjustments & Meeting Support

We offer extra time for tasks, meetings or training sessions for those who need it — particularly where processing or communication styles may differ. Creating a pace that works for everyone is part of our commitment to inclusion and making sure all voices are heard and valued.

Gender Pay Reports

We believe in fairness, transparency, and creating a workplace where everyone has the opportunity to thrive—regardless of gender. Each year, we publish our Gender Pay Gap Report to track our progress and hold ourselves accountable.
