Are you a people focused professional with a passion for community support and customer service? We're looking for a Housing Support Coordinator to join and play a vital role in delivering high quality housing and support to residents across our clients supported accommodation sites.
What You'll Do:
- Be the welcoming first point of contact for residents and visitors
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service in a dynamic setting
- Manage reception duties, phone and mail systems, payments, and basic repairs
- Carry out safety responsibilities including first aid, fire marshal duties, and wellbeing checks
- Respond to resident concerns, incidents, and enquiries with empathy and professionalism
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a customer service or support role (housing or social care experience a plus)
- A calm, reliable, and proactive attitude with the ability to handle varied tasks
