Are you an experienced beauty professional passionate about shaping the next generation of therapists? We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Beauty Lecturer to inspire our creative students in Oxford.

About the Role

As a Beauty Lecturer, you'll deliver engaging and hands-on lessons across Levels 1, 2, and 3, covering a wide variety of subjects such as gel nails, manicures, pedicures, nail art, themed face painting, skincare, waxing, and massage. You'll play a key role in helping students build the practical and professional skills needed for success in the beauty industry.

Whether working full-time or part-time, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative team dedicated to delivering a high-quality learning experience.

What We're Looking For

We want individuals who can act as inspiring role models and support learners to develop both technically and professionally.

Essential:

  • Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Beauty Therapy
  • Industry experience as a beauty therapist
  • Assessor's award (or willingness to achieve within the first 3 months)

Desirable:

  • A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
  • Experience teaching in an FE setting

You'll also have strong organisational skills and a genuine commitment to student development. Even if you're new to teaching, we'll support you with structured training and development to help you thrive in the role.
