Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment for courses in line with college standards.
- Develop and implement course materials, schemes of learning, and assessments.
- Support students' progress by offering regular one-on-one sessions and ensuring they meet academic and behavioral expectations.
- Contribute to the college quality assurance process and attend course team meetings.
- Support students with their progression routes, including career guidance and work placements.
- Maintain up-to-date records and reports on student attendance, assessments, and progress.
Who We Are Looking For:
- A strong background in the motor vehicle industry and teaching experience.
- A teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, DET, or Cert Ed).
- A Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Knowledge of current industry trends, standards, and electric/hybrid vehicle technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and support students to succeed.
