Business Lecturer

Business Lecturer - FTE (24 Hours of teaching)

Location: Stockport and Marple Campus

Start Date: September 2025

Contract: Temporary - 10 months for Full Academic Year

Hours: 24 hours per week teaching

Salary: £28-33 pound per hour

The Role:

You will be responsible for teaching and assessing across BTEC Levels 1-3 as well as the T Level in Business and accounting. The role also includes tutoring responsibilities - supporting students with their academic and personal development, tracking progress, and mentoring them towards their future career paths.



Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across a range of Business programmes
• Assess and monitor student progress in line with course requirements
• Tutor and support a designated group of learners
• Contribute to the planning and development of course materials
• Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress

About You:

• A degree in a relevant Business subject area
• A teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain one within two years)
• Confident in delivering both BTEC and T Level content
• Passionate about teaching and committed to student success
