Carlisle College is seeking a passionate and dedicated Progress Coach to join their student support team on a temporary basis. This role is key to ensuring students stay on track, reach their potential, and thrive during their time with us.

About the Role:

As a Progress Coach, you will:

• Work closely with learners to monitor academic progress, attendance, and personal development.

• Provide 1:1 support and coaching to help students overcome barriers to learning.

• Collaborate with tutors, support staff, and external agencies to support student achievement.

• Deliver group tutorials focused on personal development, study skills, and well being.

What We're Looking For:

• A genuine passion for student support and development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in a coaching, mentoring, or educational support role is desirable.

• Flexibility and a proactive, student-focused approach.
