Housing Support Officer - Wimbledon

Morgan Hunt is seeking a compassionate and proactive Housing Support Officer to join our client at YMCA in Wimbledon. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of young and vulnerable individuals by providing essential housing support and guidance.


Location: Wimbledon

Contract Type: Temporary (with potential to become permanent)

Pay Rate: £14.06 per hour

Start Date: ASAP


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of residents, offering housing-related support and guidance.
• Monitor rent accounts, ensuring timely payments and addressing arrears proactively.
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver comprehensive services.
• Assist residents in engaging with progression activities and securing move-on accommodation.
• Address anti-social behaviour in line with tenancy and licence conditions.
