The Motor Vehicle Senior Training Advisor will be responsible for:

• Support the Motor Vehicle apprentices as the Motor Vehicle training subject specialist.

• You will plan, deliver and assess Apprentice training

• Support apprentices and employers in the workplace with regular reviews to ensure successful completion of the apprenticeship and EPA (End point Assessment)

• To assist the marketing and development of the Motor Vehicle apprenticeship to industry.

The Motor Vehicle Senior Training Advisor will need to have:

• Teaching qualification - PTLLS or DTLLS or Cert Ed
• Possess an assessing qualification
• Ideally have worked in a lecturer or technician role
• The ability to liaise with staff and people at all levels (internal and external)
• Flexibility and responsiveness to working hours, patterns and arrangements
