Estate Enhancement Project Officer

Morgan Hunt's Public Sector and Government client based in Enfield, North London, is looking to recruit an Estate Enhancement Project Officer to improve resident's quality of life, and revitalise neighbourhoods.

You will play a crucial role to improve living spaces, enhancing infrastructure, and building vibrant, sustainable communities across London.

This assignment has been deemed inside of IR35.

Ideal candidate should have the ability:
- To be responsible for completing a range of enhancement projects across the external communal areas of council's housing stock
- To provide a highly productive level, acting with minimum supervision.
- To undertake a range of works demonstrating proficient level skills and experience including carpentry, painting, pressure washing, window cleaning, maintenance tasks etc.
- To act as a first point of contact for the residents in neighbourhood and must ensure they deliver a customer focused service in line with best value.
- To work as a part of team or individually providing services to our customers.
