Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? YMCA St Paul's Group is looking for a Learning, development and engagement officer.

Your Role:

. Create personalised learning and development programs

. Work with HR, Area Managers, and Department Heads to create effective learning strategies to improve staff skills

. Collaborate with the Head of OD to create learning interventions and communication tools for change management

. Assist in managing the learning and development budget

. Facilitate the corporate induction program for new staff and ensure compliance with staff probation and performance reviews
