Role: Assessor/Trainer - TAQA / IQA / AET

Part-Time (29.6 hours/week)

Salary: £27,320 - £29,783 (actual, DOE)

We're recruiting on behalf of a further education college in Colchester looking for an experienced Assessor/Trainer to deliver TAQA, IQA, and AET Level 3/4 qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 and group teaching sessions
• Conduct workplace assessments and support portfolio development
• Track learner progress and ensure timely completions
• Contribute to curriculum and quality assurance
• Support learners with pastoral needs and promote positive behaviours

Requirements:

• Level 2 English & Maths (GCSE or equivalent)
• Level 4 teaching qualification (must include IQA award)
• Experience delivering TAQA/IQA/AET qualifications
• Strong ICT skills and curriculum development experience
