We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to join our team in Surrey, providing essential in-class support to students with a range of learning needs in Further Education settings.


This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in education, support work, or care who are looking to contribute to students' development and progress in a flexible and rewarding environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with learning difficulties, disabilities, or additional needs
• Assist students in accessing the curriculum and developing independence
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff to implement support strategies and classroom adjustments
• Encourage learner engagement and positive behaviour in and out of the classroom
• Record and report on student progress and support provided

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with young people or adults with additional needs (in education or care settings)
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting learners
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A flexible attitude and willingness to adapt to different learning environments
• A relevant support or care qualification is desirable but not essential
