We are looking for dedicated and empathetic Learning Support Assistants to join our team in Oxford, providing vital in-class support to students with a variety of learning needs in Further Education settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with learning difficulties, disabilities, or additional needs on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
• Assist in the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons
• Promote student confidence, independence, and classroom participation
• Collaborate with teaching staff to implement individual support strategies
• Monitor and report on student progress and achievements

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with young people or adults with additional needs (education or care settings)
• A calm, patient, and supportive attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and classroom environments
• A relevant qualification in support or care (desirable, but not essential)
