Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with additional learning needs, both one-to-one and in small groups
• Assist in delivering inclusive lessons that engage all learners
• Encourage learner independence, confidence, and participation
• Collaborate with teaching staff to implement effective support strategies
• Monitor student progress and contribute to reporting processes

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with young people or adults with additional needs in educational or care settings
• A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work in different learning environments and with varied learner needs
• Relevant qualifications in learning support or care are desirable but not essential
