Job: Bricklaying Lecturer
Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £35,479 per annum.
Hours: Part Time (3 days per week)
Location: Stamford.

Main Duties:

• Delivering high-quality teaching and assessment on a range of Bricklaying courses (Levels 1-3).
• A skilled Bricklayer with comprehensive and recent industry experience.
• Creating engaging course materials, schemes of work, and group profiles.
• Assessing student work, providing constructive feedback, and monitoring progress.
• Developing and strengthening relationships with learners, offering support to ensure their success.
• Actively contributing to course development, promotion, and delivery.
• Ensuring all Health and Safety procedures are meticulously followed.
• Assisting with internal verification duties and supporting student work experience placements.
• Participating in student recruitment activities, including interviews and open evenings.
