This position is available on either a permanent or temporary basis, offering flexibility and a chance to make a real difference in the lives of learners.
Your Role Will Include:
Planning and delivering engaging lessons across a range of Health and Social Care qualifications (e.g. BTEC, CACHE, Access to HE).
Developing course materials and assessments in line with curriculum standards.
Providing academic and pastoral support to students, helping them achieve their goals.
Participating in course development, quality assurance, and team meetings.
What We're Looking For:
A degree in Health and Social Care or a closely related field.
A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent), or willingness to work towards one.
Teaching or training experience in further education or a relevant setting.
Industry knowledge or experience in healthcare, social care, or related services (desirable).
Strong communication skills, a supportive approach, and a passion for teaching.
