Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and practical lessons in rail engineering, including safety, systems, maintenance, and infrastructure.
- Develop lesson plans and learning materials aligned with curriculum standards.
- Provide one-on-one student support and guidance to help learners achieve their qualifications.
- Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback to support improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and practices.
Ideal Candidate:
- Industry experience within the rail engineering sector (e.g., Network Rail, rolling stock, infrastructure).
- Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) is desirable, but not essential-support can be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
