Morgan Hunt is partnering with YMCA St Paul's Group to recruit a Housing and Support Officer. Help young and vulnerable people thrive through high-quality housing support.

Key Duties:

• Support residents with housing needs and personal development
• Monitor rent and reduce arrears through early intervention
• Conduct well-being and facilities checks
• Promote education, training, and move-on opportunities
• Work closely with internal teams for holistic support

What You'll Need:

• Experience in housing, support, or social care
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Empathy, initiative, and a resident-focused approach

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS (Child or Child & Adult) - issued in last 12 months or on Update Service
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK
• Additional compliance may be required
