
Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Our client is an RIBA Registered Practice, who employ over 100 staff in the UK. Their expertise ranges across all key sectors and aspects of the built environment including Education, Commercial, Energy, Defence and Residential.
People are the heart of their success and supporting, training and mentoring staff is paramount to them remaining at the forefront of design and innovation.

Requirements:
- An Degree in Architectural Studies, to work at part II level in the UK.
- A right to work in the UK is essential for this role, as is being able to achieve security clearance.
- You will also being require to be able to produce detailed 2D and 3D design drawings, concept sketches and presentation graphics.
- You will also be required to have a high level of computer literacy, skilled in Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite applications.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills both verbally and visually using software and hand drawing skills.
- Ability to work within a team effectively and deliver tight deadlines on time and on budget.
- The personal qualities required from the applying candidate should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, organised and efficient with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively, efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Flexible approach to work with a positive and 'can-do' attitude, flexibility and openness of approach and willingness to work as a team player.
