- Leading the way through an intensive lettings process: from friendly interviews and accompanied viewings to welcoming new residents and signing tenancies

- Teaming up with the Housing Operations Manager and Head of Housing to secure further re-housing options

- Keeping the project not just safe and clean, but a place residents are proud to call home
