Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in painting and fine art from Level 1 to Level 3
- Inspire students aged 16-19, adult learners, and aspiring creatives
- Support technical skill development and personal artistic expression
- Track student progress and provide regular, constructive feedback
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Contribute to curriculum enrichment and promote student artwork
- Stay current with artistic trends, exhibitions, and industry best practice
Who You Are:
You are a creative and committed individual with:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Fine Art, Painting, or a related subject
- Industry or teaching experience within an educational or studio setting
- English and Maths at GCSE Grade 4 (C) or above (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of both classical and contemporary painting techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for supporting learners from diverse backgrounds
- Willingness to undertake further training or a teaching qualification if needed
