Physics Lecturer - East London College

A well-regarded college in East London is seeking a qualified Physics Lecturer to join their science department on a temporary basis.

Role Details:

• Location: East London

• Start Date: September 2025

• Contract Type: Temporary

• Working Pattern: 4 days per week

• Pay: Negotiable, dependent on experience

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging Physics lessons to students aged 16-19

• Prepare and assess assignments in line with curriculum requirements

• Support learners' academic progress and provide feedback

• Contribute to departmental planning and meetings as needed

Requirements:

• A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)

• A degree in Physics or a related field

• Experience teaching Physics at A-Level or equivalent

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
