
Senior People Manager
Senior People Manager - Established Charity - London with hybrid working - £48,500
This is an exciting opportunity for a People Manager to join a purpose driven charity with a new organisational strategy and a strong People culture.
Reporting into the Head of Talent & People Operations you will be responsible for managing the day to day people operations. Your key accountabilities will include:-
- Providing an advisory service to Line Managers, Leaders and employees on all people related matters
- Ensuring all HR policies and procedures are up to date and comply with employment legislation and good practice
- Managing employee relations issues including disciplinaries and grievances
- Leading and coaching a small team
- Supporting managers with recruitment activity
- Developing and implementing Learning and Development initiatives
- Reviewing and overseeing employee benefits
You should be an experienced People Manager with a broad HR operational skill set including experience of developing HR policies and managing employee relations issues. Experience of developing learning programmes and career pathways needs to be combined with a track record of coaching and developing a small team. A collaborative, values driven approach and excellent stakeholder management skills are essential.
You need to be CIPD level 7 qualified.
