Job Title: Housing Officer

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £30,000 per annum + £1,600 car allowance

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent

We're looking for a proactive, community-driven Housing Officer to join a leading Housing Association based in the heart of Birmingham, be on the go and have a lasting impact with tenants on a designated patch.

What you'll do as a Housing Officer:

• Be the friendly, visible face of housing for our residents - their first point of contact.

• Tackle a wide range of tenancy and estate issues - from sign-ups and inspections to anti-social behaviour and tenancy sustainment.

• Work with partners and support services to make sure every resident, especially those vulnerable, gets the help they need.

• Keep estates clean, green, and safe - spotting issues and acting fast.

• Promote resident engagement and help shape better services through feedback and collaboration.

What you'll bring:

• Experience in tenancy and estate management/Housing Officer within social housing.

• A confident communicator who thrives on solving problems and making decisions.

• Empathy, integrity, and a people-first mindset.

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car, travel around Birmingham is essential.

• Bonus: CIH Level 3 or similar qualification.
