Learning Support Assistant - Further Education

Morgan Hunt have teamed with a large college in Merseyside who are looking at taking on a number of Learning Support Assistants in the new academic year.

They are looking particularly for compassionate individuals who can show both experience and understanding of supporting others with learning difficulties, mental health difficulties AND/OR social disadvantages that may result in significant barriers to learning.

THE ROLE -

The role is designed to ensure that all students can access their course to the best of their ability and you will be responsible for liaising with other staff members, parents and outside agencies so create a learning plan tailored to the individual students.

Students are aged 16+ and will have a range of additional learning needs, from moderate to more complex.
