The successful candidate will have responsibility for collating and processing payroll information from senior managers and supervisors for 350 employees, £16m payroll budget.

We would like candidates to do:

• Monthly payroll processing for group companies
• Provide significant support to the implementation of a new pay and gradingstructure
• Main contact for payroll-related queries from managers and all employees
• Manage employee benefits, including pension administration and salary sacrifice schemes
• Responsible for the calculation and analysis of gender pay gap
• Monitor, review and process monthly staff expenses process

We would like candidates to have:

Qualifications

• HNC or equivalent

Background

• Candidates with experience of finance department operations
• Experience with major payroll projects desirable
• Charity or public sector experience preferable but not essential

Skills and experience

• Experience of managing payroll in a medium sized or large organisation
• Competent with MS Excel

Housing Management

As a Project Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals who are experiencing homelessness. Your duties will include conducting assessments, carrying out support plans, delivering one-to-one sessions, and completing tasks on handover notes and making sure these are up to date. Assisting with clients care plans alongside key workers and other members of staff and shadowing them to their appointments. May involve some light cleaning duties to ensure the hostel is meeting health and safety standards.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar role and be able to demonstrate their ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, manage their workload effectively and ensuring their always being proactive. You should be a compassionate and empathetic individual who is able to build positive relationships with clients and work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies and previous experience working with dual diagnose is vital.
