The main duties are :

• To work with other front line based staff to provide customers with an excellent first point of contact service focusing on problem resolution and high levels of satisfaction.
• To assist Housing Services staff in the provision of effective, efficient and responsive services to the Association\'s customers, including, but not restricted to, existing tenants, former tenants, potential tenants and owner occupiers.

The temporary Recruitment Admin will be responsible for:

• Using ATS System to submit applications for hiring manager sift (shortlisting)
• Processing sift (shortlisting) scores on the applicant tracking software
• Scheduling interviews using the ATS, Outlook and MS Teams
• Responding to queries from the email inboxes
• Scheduling meetings (i.e., booking and setting up rooms)
• Supporting with pre-onboarding tasks (requesting references and DBS checks for example).
• Help maintain accurate records and maintain electronic filing system.
• Processing purchase orders and invoices for the team

The temporary Recruitment Admin will need to have:

• Previous experience working in a recruitment or onboarding administration role
• Experience of using cloud-based systems and processes
• Office 365 (mainly Outlook, MS Teams, Word and Excel)
• Using HR and ATS systems
• Live in or near Birmingham

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
