You\'ll work closely with our Regional Property Services Manager, handling day-to-day and major repairs, disrepair, voids/empty homes, and planned preventative maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

• Be a visible, customer-facing member of the team, offering professional technical advice and managing cases from start to finish.
