Morgan Hunt\'s Public Sector and Government client based in Warwickshire, England, and is looking to recruit a Benefits Assessment Officer on a permanent basis.
As a Benefits Assessment Officer, you will play a pivotal role in assisting residents in the local community by determining whether they are eligible for Housing Benefit, Council Tax Support and/or Universal Credit.
The successful applicant will be able to work on a hybrid basis, having the option to work from home for up to three days a week, with a minimum of two days each week being worked in the office.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have the ability to:
- Proficiently use the Civica Open Revenues processing system
- Assess all types of Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support/Reduction claims for all tenure types
- Process new claims and changes in circumstances
