Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Provide a customer-focused, proactive, comprehensive, and high-quality administration service to internal teams and external customers.
- Respond to telephone, face-to-face, email, and other correspondence enquiries made by staff, contractors, and residents of the Association.
- Raise repair requests, manage ongoing repairs, and coordinate follow-up works, liaising with suppliers and both internal and external customers. Ensure quotes are chased and approved accordingly.
- Collect satisfaction survey responses via phone through proactive calling, based on team requirements.
- Work collaboratively across the Association, coordinating and cross-working with other departments to achieve efficiency and support overall operations.
- Deliver services that meet key performance targets, operational service plan objectives, legislation, and regulatory requirements, reflecting best practices and delivering excellent customer service at all times.
- Effectively manage the allocated caseload of work, raising concerns and blockages with the line manager as appropriate.
- Uphold the Association\'s values by working collaboratively with colleagues.

Requirements of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

- A strong team player who can work collaboratively with others.
- Awareness of health and safety considerations.
